It’s Enrolment Time!

The Board of Management of Scoil Mhuire na Trócaire would like to inform parents that applications for enrolment of boys and girls for our Junior Infants’ classes 2026/27 will be accepted from 13th October to 7th November 2025.

This year we enrolled 42 new Junior Infants, 23 girls and 19 boys, divided between two small Junior Infants’ classes. We expect to have two small Junior Infants classes once again in September 2026. Please spread the news about our enrolment period and we also encourage any parent who would like information/advice about enrolment to get in contact as soon as possible and we can advise you. You are also welcome to call and we’ll be happy to show you around our school and to visit our Infants’ classes. Chat to other parents and pupils about our school – they are our best advocates!

If you’re applying for a class other than Junior Infants please use the “Application Form for Admission to Classes Other than Junior Infants”.

Please complete the application form and post/email/hand deliver it to the school together with a copy of your child’s birth certificate. Alternatively, you can email smntprincipal@gmail.com for a copy and we will post the form to you.

Applications for Junior Infants 2026 should be returned as soon as possible but no later than 7th November 2025.
If your child is offered a place, you will be required to return all required documentation to secure that offer on or before 12th December 2025.
